We are passionate about delivering technology-enabled construction and engineering solutions to complex challenges. Primarily focused on the built environment, we encourage our clients to optimise and maximise hidden value in existing assets by utilising real asset data.

Through our unique approach we enable our clients to capitalise on residual and untapped asset potential. We combine industry-first engineering technologies in digital monitoring and forensic investigation, with our structural engineering expertise to remediate, repurpose and reinvigorate our client’s assets.

Our company leaders are registered Engineers and Building Contractors with a seasoned background in the development and construction sectors, making them well suited to reach our client’s goals.

About James O’Brien
James is an RPEQ and Chartered Engineer with Engineers Australia and is responsible for overseeing all construction activities as the QBCC Licensed Nominee. James is an experienced structural and construction engineering expert, with specific specialism in the expansion and sustaining of existing structures, through technology driven asset data acquisition and assessment. He has grown and lead engineering teams of over 40 personnel and successfully established specialist construction technology businesses focused on delivering value to the AEC sector through data focused, digitally enabled automation and optimization solutions.

About Arthur Ashburn
Arthur is an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer with specialist expertise as a construction and operations manager for major and minor works projects. Arthur is the commercial director for Renovo and is responsible for quality management and financial control at both a project and company level. He has successfully coordinated large scale civil rehabilitation projects across Australia and has developed a unique skillset in stakeholder and executive communications and co-ordination management.

About Lachlan Pagan
Lachlan is a chartered structural engineer who has spent his career leading and delivering complex structural investigation and design services for existing structures, using innovative, bespoke technology solutions that focus on asset data retrieval and analysis. Lachlan leads our digital monitoring and machine learning teams and is responsible for expanding our asset investigation, monitoring and analytics capabilities. Lachlan's forensic engineering expertise and deep knowledge of disruptive technologies has endowed him with a rare skillset enabling the development of world-first asset monitoring systems combining disparate technologies previously siloed across the industry.

His role within our leadership team at Renovo Solutions is pivotal and influential. Ben's prowess in innovation and value-driven engineering is particularly evident through his involvement in heritage refurbishments, high-rise structures, and intricate construction challenges. He frequently amalgamates these proficiencies to engineer pioneering solutions. At Renovo, Ben leads our Engineering team, taking charge of delivering innovative, data-driven performance design solutions. His adept leadership and substantial experience render him an invaluable asset, propelling the organization forward through his commitment to innovation and operational excellence.
